Coach in Niagara Falls, Ontario seeks an Acting Lead Supervisor. Full-time retail leader overseeing sales floor, coaching team and delivering exceptional customer experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach the sales team to achieve store sales targets and deliver elevated customer experiences.
  • Oversee daily store operations including sales floor standards, inventory flow, stockroom organization and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Develop direct reports through ongoing feedback, performance management and structured development activities.
  • Execute visual merchandising and product presentation to maintain brand standards and maximize sell-through.
  • Resolve customer issues with professionalism and escalate complex matters appropriately; act as an ambassador of the Coach brand on the sales floor.
  • Support workforce planning including shift coverage, punctuality and adherence to schedules; ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

  • Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom.
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, to support retail hours and peak trading.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide direct, actionable feedback and manage performance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build effective teams and sustain high morale.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years' experience in retail sales with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role; experience within luxury, premium or specialty retail preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, retail management or fashion is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 20.50 to CAD 28 per hour.
