Coach Acting Lead Supervisor at Montreal Premium Outlets in Mirabel, Quebec. Lead retail operations, supervise teams, and drive customer excellence. $22–$26/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee retail floor operations and team performance during assigned shifts
- Provide direct supervision and coaching to retail associates on sales techniques and customer service standards
- Maintain inventory control and manage stockroom organization and processes
- Address customer inquiries and resolve escalated service concerns with diplomatic professionalism
- Conduct opening and closing procedures; ensure compliance with security and operational protocols
- Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to drive team accountability and results
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of retail staff
- Enforce company policies and maintain brand standards throughout the store environment
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory or lead experience in retail or customer-facing environment
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop team members
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build rapport across all organizational levels
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Comfortable with physical demands including climbing, bending, kneeling, and extended floor time
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physical and mental ability to work flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods

Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory or lead experience in a retail, hospitality, or customer service environment, with demonstrated success in team leadership and operational management.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
