Coach Acting Lead Supervisor in Marlton, New Jersey—part-time leadership role overseeing retail operations, sales floor, and team performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily sales floor operations and inventory management
- Lead and motivate team members to exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Provide direct feedback and coaching to team members on performance and customer service standards
- Monitor and maintain visual merchandising standards and store appearance
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and diplomacy
- Execute store policies and procedures consistently and model compliance for the team
- Manage stockroom organization and rotation of merchandise
- Support training and onboarding of new team members
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory or leadership experience in retail or hospitality
- Demonstrated customer service excellence and ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical capability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and move freely throughout sales floor and stockroom
Skills
Experience
Experience in a retail leadership or supervisory role, preferably within fashion, accessories, or luxury goods retail. Familiarity with fast-paced, customer-centric retail environments is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management or hospitality education is advantageous.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
