Coach is hiring an Acting Lead Supervisor I at its Denver Cherry Creek store to lead retail operations, manage associates, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide direct leadership and supervision to sales associates on the sales floor
  • Oversee store operations including floor management and stockroom organization
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained across all touchpoints
  • Manage inventory and stockroom logistics with attention to detail and efficiency
  • Demonstrate and model Coach's competencies including courage, creativity, and drive for results
  • Handle operational challenges with agility and the ability to manage ambiguity
  • Support team development and foster a collaborative, inclusive work environment

Qualifications

  • Proven retail supervisory or leadership experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport across all levels
  • Demonstrated customer focus and commitment to service excellence
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs regularly; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and work the sales floor and stockroom
  • Ability to manage change and work effectively in ambiguous situations

Experience
