Coach is hiring an Acting Lead Supervisor I at its Denver Cherry Creek store to lead retail operations, manage associates, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide direct leadership and supervision to sales associates on the sales floor
- Oversee store operations including floor management and stockroom organization
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained across all touchpoints
- Manage inventory and stockroom logistics with attention to detail and efficiency
- Demonstrate and model Coach's competencies including courage, creativity, and drive for results
- Handle operational challenges with agility and the ability to manage ambiguity
- Support team development and foster a collaborative, inclusive work environment
Qualifications
- Proven retail supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport across all levels
- Demonstrated customer focus and commitment to service excellence
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs regularly; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and work the sales floor and stockroom
- Ability to manage change and work effectively in ambiguous situations
Skills
Experience
Experience in a retail or hospitality supervisory role, with demonstrated ability to lead a team and maintain strong operational standards. Prior experience in a luxury or contemporary fashion retail environment is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 27.75 per hour.
