Coach seeks a temporary acting lead supervisor at West Edmonton Mall in Edmonton, Alberta. Part-time retail management position offering competitive hourly pay and benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise sales associates and manage daily retail operations on the sales floor and stockroom
- Provide direct coaching and feedback to team members, fostering professional development and accountability
- Ensure exceptional customer service delivery and build constructive relationships with clients
- Coordinate stock management, merchandising, and inventory accuracy across the department
- Respond to operational challenges with agility and sound judgment
- Model Coach's values of courage, creativity, and customer focus through exemplary conduct
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory or lead experience in retail or customer-facing environments
- Demonstrated ability to build effective teams and create positive morale
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders
- Physical capability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs, and climb, bend, kneel as required
- Experience with performance feedback and coaching
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory, lead, or senior associate experience in retail or hospitality environments, with demonstrated success managing teams and delivering customer-focused results.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management training or certification is a plus.

This position is based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 21 to CAD 26 per hour.
