Coach seeks a temporary acting lead supervisor at West Edmonton Mall in Edmonton, Alberta. Part-time retail management position offering competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise sales associates and manage daily retail operations on the sales floor and stockroom
  • Provide direct coaching and feedback to team members, fostering professional development and accountability
  • Ensure exceptional customer service delivery and build constructive relationships with clients
  • Coordinate stock management, merchandising, and inventory accuracy across the department
  • Respond to operational challenges with agility and sound judgment
  • Model Coach's values of courage, creativity, and customer focus through exemplary conduct

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory or lead experience in retail or customer-facing environments
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective teams and create positive morale
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders
  • Physical capability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs, and climb, bend, kneel as required
  • Experience with performance feedback and coaching

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 21 to CAD 26 per hour.
