Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the sales floor team to deliver outstanding client service and achieve daily, weekly and seasonal sales targets.
- Supervise store operations including opening/closing procedures, visual merchandising, stockroom organization and inventory accuracy.
- Provide real-time coaching, conduct performance feedback and support development plans for direct reports.
- Manage cash handling, point-of-sale transactions and basic reconciliation; enforce loss-prevention and shrink-control measures.
- Collaborate with store leadership to implement promotions, product launches and visual directives from corporate.
- Maintain store presentation standards and assist with replenishment, receiving and stock movement; routinely lift up to 25 lbs (regularly) and up to 50 lbs (occasionally).
Qualifications
- Demonstrated retail supervisory experience with a track record of coaching teams and driving sales performance.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to give direct, actionable feedback.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and adapt to ambiguity.
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; comfortable climbing, bending and maneuvering between sales floor and stockroom.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
Skills
Experience
Requires prior supervisory or lead experience in branded retail, ideally within a fashion or luxury environment, with demonstrable results in team development and sales attainment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework or credential in retail management, business or a related field preferred.
