The Acting Lead Cashier supports cashiering and customer service at Coach, with responsibilities including feedback, customer focus, results, relationship-building, and—where applicable—strategy, employee development, and team leadership. The role requires regularly lifting at least 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs., as well as climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering through the sales floor and stockroom; base pay is $15.00–$19.50 per hour.
