Coach seeks Account Manager for Southeast Asia to drive wholesale and retail strategy across the region from Singapore. 7+ years international experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and own overall business performance across Southeast Asian markets, including retail sales, wholesale shipments, and business development targets
- Build and nurture strong relationships with distributors and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on brand and business objectives
- Serve as the day-to-day liaison between Coach and distributors, acting as the market expert on consumer behavior, regional trends, and competitive dynamics
- Develop multi-year business strategies for assigned markets and identify strategic initiatives to drive business performance
- Support new store openings through account setup, execution tracking, and adherence to Coach standards
- Manage monthly sales and shipment forecasts while analyzing POS trends to identify risks and opportunities
- Own annual sales planning by account in partnership with Finance and maintain the CI price premium grid
- Prepare business reviews, conduct competitive landscape analysis, and provide actionable recommendations on door profiles and productivity
- Coordinate market week logistics, stakeholder meetings, and cross-functional collaboration with Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Operations, and Training teams
- Ensure timely and accurate receipt of weekly POS and operational data and partner with Inventory Management on Open-to-Buy planning
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in international wholesale and/or retail
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong retail mathematics
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time across Southeast Asian markets
- Experience in international sales, consulting, or finance is advantageous
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and strategically minded approach to business challenges

7+ years of experience in international wholesale and/or retail operations, with demonstrated success in sales leadership, account management, or business development. Background in international sales, consulting, or finance is considered advantageous. The ideal candidate will have proven ability to manage complex distributor relationships, drive strategic initiatives across multiple markets, and translate market insights into actionable business recommendations.
