Trade Marketing Project Assistant internship at Clinique (Estée Lauder) in Paris. Support retail marketing operations and animations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support development of Trade and E-Trade operations including design briefs, layout organization, creative verification, code creation, and supply chain tracking across retail accounts
- Conduct weekly monitoring of Trade projects with the Design team
- Manage operational tracking and planning of Clinique Trade animations in collaboration with commercial and retail teams
- Conceptualize and implement distinctive animations for Parisian flagship stores and department stores in coordination with Design and Department Store teams
- Create retailer communications for the French market including newsletters, social media content, and blog articles
- Prepare for and participate in commercial meetings held in January, March, and June
- Support preparation of marketing presentations for client delivery
- Develop sales enablement tools
- Conduct field visits and competitive intelligence activities
Qualifications
- Business school graduate or equivalent BAC +4/5 qualification
- Final-year internship or equivalent career break experience preferred
- Prior experience in Trade Marketing or Operational Marketing
- Proficiency with project management
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and structural capabilities
Skills
Experience
First experience in Trade Marketing or Operational Marketing preferred; final-year internship or second half of a career break.
Education
Business school or equivalent BAC +4/5 (Master's-level qualification)

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 1,400 per month.
