Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional consumer experiences and personalized skincare consultations across Clinique and Dr.Jart+ product lines
- Generate excitement through new product launches, retailer activations, and key brand moments
- Create engaging in-store theatre and brand activations to elevate consumer engagement
- Provide expert skincare, makeup, and fragrance recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Manage retail point-of-sale transactions and maintain high visual merchandising standards
- Work as part of a high-performing team to drive sales, engagement, and customer loyalty
- Support both brands with flexibility and adaptability during promotional events and special activations
Qualifications
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience (preferred but not required)
- Proof of right to live and work in the United Kingdom
- High level of creative and technical expertise in skincare and makeup application
Skills
Experience
Retail makeup experience is desirable; however, candidates with amateur-level experience who can demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise are welcome to apply. Familiarity with prestige beauty retail environments is advantageous.
Education
While certification in makeup artistry is preferred, candidates with demonstrated expertise and willingness to complete the company's training and development programs are encouraged to apply.
