Role & Responsibilities
- Provide inspirational, authentic and personalized skincare consultations and product recommendations to customers
- Deliver in-store makeovers and skincare demonstrations utilizing expert technical and creative knowledge
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation to differentiate the brand competitively
- Collaborate with the retail team to conceptualize and execute in-store events and promotional activities

Qualifications

- Capability to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Proof of right to live and work in the United Kingdom

Experience
While makeup artistry certification or previous retail makeup experience is preferred, applicants with amateur-level creative and technical expertise are welcomed. Experience in prestige beauty retail or customer-facing roles within luxury environments is advantageous.
Education
