Dual-brand Skincare Consultant supporting Clinique and Dr.Jart+ at Sephora, combining creative expertise and skincare knowledge to deliver personalized customer experiences through in-store demonstrations, product education, and brand activations. The role requires proficiency in makeup application, skincare consultation, and retail point-of-sale operations while maintaining visual merchandising standards and driving sales across skincare, makeup, and fragrance categories.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized skincare consultations and makeup recommendations to customers across Clinique and Dr.Jart+ product lines
- Execute captivating in-store demonstrations and on-counter theatre to create engaging brand moments and drive customer engagement
- Support new product launches and retailer activations while maintaining Clinique and Dr.Jart+ brand positioning
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure store displays reflect brand excellence and competitive advantage
- Process transactions using retail point-of-sale software with accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to execute in-store events and achieve sales targets
Qualifications
- Ability to demonstrate high-level creative and technical expertise in makeup application
- Inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service skills
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Availability to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Proof of right to live and work in the country
Skills
Experience
Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; however, candidates with amateur-level experience who demonstrate exceptional creative and technical expertise are welcomed.
Education
Makeup artistry certification or equivalent professional training is desirable but not required.
