The Senior Beauty Advisor provides personalized customer service, achieves sales targets, creates an inspiring in-store experience, and collaborates with the team to uphold visual merchandising standards. This is a full-time temporary role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide welcoming, authentic, and personalized customer service to achieve customer service and sales targets.
- Create a unique and inspirational in-store experience that educates, inspires, and delights customers.
- Build collaborative working relationships with the team to ensure the store meets the company’s visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications
- A makeup artistry qualification or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proof of the right to live and work in the country is required if invited to interview.
