The Senior Beauty Advisor delivers welcoming, authentic and personalised customer service, achieves sales and service objectives, and creates inspiring in-store experiences. The role also builds collaborative relationships with the store team and supports high company standards; it is a temporary, full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide welcoming, authentic and personalised service to customers while achieving sales and customer service objectives.
- Create a unique and inspiring in-store experience that introduces customers to products and services suited to their interests and delights them.
- Build collaborative working relationships with the store team and help ensure the store meets the company’s high standards.
Qualifications
- Point-of-sale or customer service experience is valued, preferably in cosmetics or fragrances.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspiring, authentic and personalised customer service.
- Ability to work as part of a team and foster a positive working environment.
- Availability to work commercial hours, including weekends.
- Cash-handling or point-of-sale software experience is preferred, as is experience with Microsoft Office.
