Clinique seeks a highly skilled sales associate to deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience at its Maroochydore Myer location. The successful candidate will combine creative and technical expertise with a passion for people to educate and delight customers, while collaborating with the team on in-store events and maintaining visual merchandising excellence. Role & Responsibilities
- Provide welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store customer experience that educates and delights
- Combine creative and technical expertise to deliver authentic and personalized customer service
- Collaborate as part of a high-performing team to create impact through in-store events
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to ensure the store stands out against competitors
- Operate retail point-of-sale software accurately and efficiently
- Work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Certification or demonstrated experience in retail sales (preferred)
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
- Capability to work retail hours including evenings, nights, weekends and special events
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Proof of right to live and work in Australia
- Amateur-level experience welcomed for candidates demonstrating strong creative and technical expertise

Experience
