Clinique seeks a dynamic and creative sales associate to deliver personalized in-store experiences at the Myer Carindale location. In this role, the candidate will combine technical and creative expertise to educate customers, execute in-store events, and maintain exemplary visual merchandising standards. This on-call position offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in prestige beauty with a global leader in skincare and cosmetics.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store customer experiences that educate and delight
- Execute in-store events and promotional activities as part of a high-performing team
- Maintain and curate visual merchandising displays to competitor-leading standards
- Operate retail point-of-sale software and process transactions accurately
- Demonstrate product knowledge and provide authentic, personalized skincare and beauty consultation
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store performance targets and brand standards
Qualifications
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends and special events
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Proof of right to live and work in Australia
- Creative and technical expertise in beauty or skincare
Skills
Experience
Retail sales experience is desirable but not required; the employer welcomes applicants with amateur-level experience who can demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise and authentic customer service orientation.
