Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and tailored beauty consultations to in-store customers
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising displays to present products consistently and competitively throughout the retail floor
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement
- Maintain active product knowledge including features, applications techniques, and brand offering details to educate customers effectively
- Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during assigned shifts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Previous retail or beauty industry experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with retail sales environment and customer-facing service execution (preferred)
