Role & Responsibilities
- Own the Nordic Clinique product portfolio across channels and retailers, ensuring optimal assortment, pricing, and local market relevance
- Lead forecasting in partnership with Demand Planning, ensuring accuracy across ongoing business and new product launches
- Conduct assortment and competitive analyses to optimise portfolio performance and identify growth opportunities
- Act as the Nordic voice to Global and Regional teams, translating local market needs into actionable product adaptations
- Build local product offerings and differentiation initiatives including sets, gifts with purchase, and exclusives in collaboration with Trade Marketing and Consumer Marketing
- Support Consumer Marketing in go-to-market and launch planning, adapting global strategies to local execution
- Own pricing strategy including recommended retail prices, competitor monitoring, and price adjustments aligned with global guidelines
- Drive product-related sales drivers and forecasting inputs, identifying net sales opportunities and mitigating commercial risks
- Ensure accurate product data and portfolio changes, supporting smooth launches, discontinuations, and operational planning
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Supply Chain, and Visual Merchandising to optimise sell-through, stock levels, and in-store execution
Qualifications
- 3–7 years of relevant product management or similar role experience
- Advanced Excel skills with demonstrated ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and complex tasks in a structured, detail-oriented manner
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders within a matrix organisation
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Experience within skincare, derm-cosmetics, prestige beauty, or a similarly product-driven consumer category (advantageous)
- Proficiency in one or more Nordic languages (advantageous)
