Estée Lauder seeks a Marketing Student Assistant for Clinique in Copenhagen; 15–20 hours weekly supporting Nordic brand campaigns.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the planning, execution, and maintenance of marketing activities across Nordic markets and retail partners
- Organize and manage brand events for consumers and retail stakeholders
- Coordinate production of POS materials and marketing assets aligned with campaign objectives
- Assist in creation of retailer campaigns, newsletters, and marketing communications
- Provide field staff with in-store activity and event materials support
- Develop presentations, one-pagers, and sales materials for internal and external audiences
- Coordinate marketing initiatives across Trade Marketing, Consumer Marketing, and Product Management functions
- Support optimization of product pages and digital content on retailer platforms
- Track sales reporting, analysis, and performance metrics using spreadsheet tools
- Support the marketing team with ad hoc projects and administrative responsibilities
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree programme with at least two years of studies remaining
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Effective planning and coordination capabilities
- Proactive, independent work ethic
- Structured, detail-oriented approach to task execution
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Fluent English communication (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or Adobe InDesign (preferred)
