Role & Responsibilities
- Provide inspirational, personalized, and authentic beauty consultations to customers using creative and technical makeup expertise
- Create a welcoming and educational in-store experience that aligns with Clinique brand standards
- Participate in high-impact in-store events and promotions
- Maintain and exceed visual merchandising standards to differentiate the Clinique counter from competitors
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately
- Support the broader store team in achieving sales and service targets
Qualifications
- Makeup artistry certification and/or previous retail makeup experience preferred
- Demonstrated high level of creative and technical makeup expertise (certification or amateur level with professional aptitude acceptable)
- Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service consistently
- Capacity to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Proof of right to live and work in the United Kingdom

Experience
Formal makeup artistry certification and/or previous retail makeup experience is preferred. Candidates with demonstrated creative and technical aptitude at an amateur level are welcome to apply.
Education
Makeup artistry certification or equivalent professional qualification is desirable but not required.
