The Makeup Artist combines creative and technical expertise to deliver welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store customer experiences, while supporting events and visual merchandising standards. This is a full-time regular position with Clinique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Use creative and technical expertise to deliver makeup services and customer experiences.
- Contribute to in-store events as part of a high-performing team.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards so the store stands out against competitors.
Qualifications
- A qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proof of the right to live and work in the country is required if invited to interview.
