As a Beauty Advisor at Clinique, combine creative and technical makeup expertise with genuine passion for client engagement to deliver welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store beauty consultations. Partner with a high-performing retail team to execute in-store events, maintain premium visual merchandising standards, and drive store performance in the prestige beauty sector. Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail beauty experience is preferred; however, candidates demonstrating strong creative and technical abilities at amateur level are equally encouraged to apply.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized makeup consultations and beauty education to customers, combining technical expertise with creative artistry
- Execute in-store beauty events and promotional activities as part of a collaborative retail team
- Maintain premium visual merchandising standards and store presentation to ensure competitive differentiation
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently during all assigned shifts
- Provide inspirational, authentic customer service that reflects Clinique's prestige beauty positioning
- Work flexibly across retail hours including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and special events
Qualifications
- Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience (preferred but not mandatory)
- Demonstrated high level of creative and technical makeup expertise
- Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Flexibility to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Legal right to live and work in Ireland

Experience
While previous experience in retail makeup or beauty consulting is advantageous, candidates with amateur-level experience who can demonstrate strong creative and technical abilities are encouraged to apply.
Education
Formal certification in makeup artistry is preferred but not required. Secondary education or equivalent is expected.
