Role & Responsibilities
- Define strategic objectives and develop three-year action plans for lip and fragrance categories in alignment with brand and global strategies
- Lead program conception and development for assigned categories, partnering with cross-functional teams
- Develop and execute lip strategy in partnership with VP and SVP, driving hero franchises and market share growth
- Maintain fragrance portfolio strategy and support existing franchises
- Oversee preparation of all deliverables including Concept Briefs, Program Briefs, and Creative Briefs; manage 360-degree program support
- Inspire and drive programs forward with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-brand, and on-budget delivery
- Prepare and present deliverables to brand president and regional leaders to gain alignment and approval at key milestones
- Monitor Clinique performance versus competition to identify product gaps and opportunities
- Serve as expert and key point person for performance metrics including shipments, sell-through, cost of goods, SKU count, pricing, and forecasts
- Maintain awareness of lip, makeup trends, techniques, and evolving consumer perceptions
- Manage creative development and execution, ensuring messaging cuts through market clutter
- Liaise with regional marketing teams to ensure programs meet region and affiliate market needs
- Provide regions and affiliates with timely information on programs and brand initiatives
- Act as key day-to-day contact for regions to ensure brand strategies and objectives are met for launches
- Lead planning guides, flash communications, and launch guides for all regions
- Participate in consumer research for assigned categories, including brief writing and analysis of findings
- Manage and supervise direct report(s), ensuring on-time and accurate project delivery

Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of relevant marketing experience in cosmetics, beauty, or luxury goods
- Demonstrated leadership, analytical, creative, and strong written and oral communication skills
- Strategic and critical thinking abilities with capacity to anticipate trends and offer forward-thinking recommendations
- Proven track record of managing complex programs and driving results
- Experience managing and developing direct reports
- Self-starter with accountability and exceptional organizational skills capable of managing multiple concurrent projects

Experience
Minimum 8 years of progressive marketing experience in the cosmetics, beauty, or luxury consumer goods sector, with demonstrated success in brand strategy, category management, product launches, and team leadership.
Education
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field preferred.
