Clinique is seeking a Counter Manager for its Hoopers Wilmslow counter, working 18 hours over 3 days on a part-time basis. The role leads the counter team and drives customer recruitment and retention through strategic targeting, in-store events and customer relationship management, while delivering personalised service across skincare, makeup and fragrance. The package includes a competitive industry salary, commission, product discount, and training and development.

- Manage the counter team.
- Create and execute an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, customer relationship management and leadership of a high-performing team.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensuring clients feel valued, respected, connected and confident while promoting skincare, makeup and fragrance products.
Qualifications
- Proven retail management or assistant management experience, preferably in beauty or a fast-paced retail environment.
- Team management experience, with skills in leadership, communication, motivation and performance evaluation.
- Experience setting sales and customer service targets, analysing sales and scheduling staff.
- Experience creating and executing in-store events.
- Passion and energy for delivering inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
- Approachable and friendly personality.
