Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Clinique brand in driving sales turnover and market share through consistent consumer focus
- Maintain a credible and professional brand image to all internal and external customers at all times
- Maximize sales through effective selling, exceptional service delivery, and adherence to retail standards
- Understand and work towards daily and weekly sales targets
- Leverage all sales avenues including events, omnichannel, and digital channels
- Monitor competitor activities and identify missed business opportunities
- Utilize social media effectively to protect and enhance brand image
- Deliver the Clinique brand strategy and execute local marketing and events initiatives aligned with retailer activity
- Lead by example to ensure brand values are represented and brought to life
- Develop and execute a consumer recruitment and retention strategy to build a loyal customer base
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge to deliver an industry-leading customer experience
- Ensure excellent retail standards are maintained daily, including product presentation, housekeeping, displays, and pricing
- Manage deliveries, stock movements, and associated administration within agreed company timeframes
- Implement company security policies and procedures to minimize stock loss
- Maintain a safe working environment for customers and staff
- Handle refunds and customer complaints in accordance with company guidelines and retailer policies
- Manage daily stock replenishment and make data-driven commercial decisions using sales reports
- Plan and deliver visual merchandising layouts according to guidelines and timescales
- Identify and action promotions and discounts in line with company guidelines
- Identify product trends and make suggestions to enhance performance
Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced retail and/or consumer-facing environment
- Commercial understanding and awareness of the beauty and cosmetics industry
- Ability to drive self-development and continuous improvement
- Effective communication, organization, and prioritization skills

Experience
Proven experience in a fast-paced retail environment with demonstrated track record in sales leadership and customer-facing service delivery.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; retail management training or certification preferred.
