Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
- Create and execute an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting and in-store events
- Manage customer relationship strategies and deliver exceptional service to drive loyalty and repeat business
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing team members while maintaining accountability for performance
- Oversee financial planning, resource management, and budget allocation for the counter
- Conduct in-store events and promotional activities to drive consumer engagement and sales
