Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
- Support Store Manager in counter/store operations and strategic initiatives
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and cash reconciliation procedures
- Deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service experiences
- Oversee point-of-sale transactions and retail systems operations
- Manage retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
