Clinique seeks a freelance beauty advisor to deliver personalized in-store consultations and elevate the customer experience across retail locations in the Rio Grande Valley. This role combines beauty expertise with customer engagement, encompassing visual merchandising execution, product demonstrations, and event support in a dynamic, fast-paced prestige retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality beauty consultations and skincare advice to customers, educating them on Clinique product offerings and application techniques
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising displays and presentation standards across the retail floor to ensure competitive visual impact
• Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement and sales
• Maintain active product knowledge of Clinique brand offerings, features, and skincare regimens to effectively advise customers
• Collaborate with retail team members to ensure smooth operations and optimal customer experience during assigned shifts

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service in a retail setting
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
• Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States
• Previous retail or beauty industry experience (preferred)
• Familiarity with retail sales environments and customer-facing service execution (preferred)
