Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality beauty consultations and skincare advice to retail customers
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising displays to established brand presentation standards
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations
- Maintain current product knowledge across Clinique's skincare, makeup, and fragrance offerings and application techniques
- Collaborate with store team members to ensure optimal customer experience and smooth floor operations during scheduled shifts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Legal work authorization in the United States
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Physical capability to stand and walk for extended periods and handle merchandise up to 25 lbs
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or beauty industry experience preferred; familiarity with retail sales environments and customer-facing service execution is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional beauty or cosmetology training is preferred but not required.
