Clinique is hiring a Beauty Consultant at Boots Middlebrook in Bolton for a part-time role of 18 hours over 3 days. The consultant delivers personalised skincare, makeup and fragrance advice, creates an exceptional client experience and sells Clinique products; competitive industry salary, commission, product discount and training and development are offered.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create an exceptional customer experience, ensuring clients feel valued, respected, connected and confident.
- Sell Clinique products across skincare, makeup and fragrance.
- Understand clients’ skin and makeup goals and recommend personalised routines.
Qualifications
- Passion and energy for providing inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
- Desire to understand clients’ skin and makeup goals and recommend tailored routines confidently.
- Flexible availability across days and hours; availability should be discussed with the hiring manager before or during the interview.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is beneficial.
