Clinique seeks a dynamic Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized skincare and cosmetics consultations in a retail environment. The role combines creative expertise with exceptional customer service to create an inspirational, welcoming in-store experience while executing visual merchandising displays, supporting promotional events, and maintaining comprehensive product knowledge. This is a freelance position staffed through Randstad at a prestige beauty retail location.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations tailored to individual skincare and makeup needs
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising displays and presentation standards across the retail floor
• Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement
• Maintain active knowledge of Clinique product offerings, features, and application techniques to effectively educate customers
• Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during assigned shifts

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods, reach, bend, and move merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds

Skills

Experience

Previous retail or beauty industry experience is preferred, though demonstrated customer-facing service execution in a fast-paced environment is the primary requirement.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 21.60 to USD 32.40 per hour.
