Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality beauty consultations and skincare advice to in-store customers
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising displays and presentation standards across the retail counter
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement
- Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, benefits, and application techniques
- Collaborate with store team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during assigned shifts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Physical capability to stand and walk for extended periods, reach, bend, and handle merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or beauty industry experience is preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability to deliver authentic, personalized customer service in a retail environment is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
