Clinique seeks Beauty Advisor for on-call freelance retail role in Trenton, NJ. Deliver personalized beauty consultations and visual merchandising in prestige beauty environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers
- Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement
- Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to effectively educate customers
- Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States upon hire/interview
- Physical capability to stand and walk for extended periods on the retail sales floor
- Ability to reach, bend, and move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or beauty industry experience is preferred. Familiarity with a retail sales environment and customer-facing service execution is beneficial.
