As a Beauty Advisor at Clinique, the successful candidate will deliver personalized, authentic skincare and cosmetics consultations to customers, driving both customer satisfaction and sales performance. The role combines makeup artistry expertise with exceptional consultative selling skills, requiring the ability to educate customers on product benefits, inspire confidence through personalized recommendations, and consistently achieve sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming, personalized, and inspirational in-store consultation to customers across skincare and makeup categories
• Educate customers on Clinique products and skincare regimens while demonstrating makeup application techniques
• Achieve personal and team sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product displays in accordance with company guidelines
• Operate retail point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences and store operations
• Work flexibly across retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special promotional events

Qualifications

• Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience preferred
• Demonstrated high level of creative and technical expertise in makeup application
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Proven capacity to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a dynamic environment
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
• Proof of right to live and work in Mexico

Skills

Experience

Retail makeup experience is preferred; however, applicants with amateur-level expertise who can demonstrate high creative and technical capability will be considered.

Education

Qualification in makeup artistry or cosmetology preferred but not required.
