Clinique Beauty Advisor (Freelance) – Tampa/St. Petersburg, FL. Deliver personalized skincare consultations and visual merchandising in a prestige retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, consultative beauty services and skincare recommendations to in-store customers
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising displays and presentation standards throughout the retail floor
- Support and facilitate in-store promotional events, product demonstrations, and customer engagement initiatives
- Maintain active product knowledge of Clinique offerings, application techniques, and ingredient benefits to educate customers effectively
- Collaborate with store team members to ensure operational efficiency and optimal customer experience during assigned shifts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events in a dynamic environment
- Legal work authorization in the United States
- Previous retail or beauty industry experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with retail sales environments and customer-facing service execution (preferred)

Demonstrated experience in retail or beauty industry is preferred; however, candidates with exceptional customer service skills and a passion for prestige beauty will be considered.
