Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized and inspirational in-store beauty consultation encompassing makeup application, skincare advice, fragrance and hair recommendations
- Create memorable customer experiences through authentic engagement, product education, and expert technical expertise across multiple beauty categories
- Collaborate with store team to execute in-store events and maintain visual merchandising standards that differentiate the store in a competitive retail environment
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems efficiently and accurately to process transactions
- Demonstrate and educate customers on product benefits, application techniques, and usage protocols to inspire purchase and brand loyalty
Qualifications
- Ability to demonstrate high-level creative and technical expertise in beauty or related fields
- Proven capacity to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Availability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Legal right to live and work in the country
Skills
Experience
While formal retail experience is preferred, candidates with amateur-level expertise demonstrating strong creative and technical capability are equally welcome to apply.
Education
Certification in makeup artistry is desirable but not required. Candidates are encouraged to develop expertise through on-the-job training and company-sponsored development programs.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 21.60 to USD 32.40 per hour.
