Role & Responsibilities
- Provide welcoming, authentic, and personalized skincare and beauty consultations to customers, educating them on Clinique product benefits and applications
- Achieve individual and store-wide sales targets through consultative selling and customer service excellence
- Perform makeup application, color matching, and skincare assessments to create customized beauty recommendations
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions and manage inventory
- Collaborate with team members to maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure store presentation meets company specifications
- Build and nurture customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty
- Work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special promotional events
Qualifications
- Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail beauty experience preferred; candidates with strong amateur-level creative and technical expertise are encouraged to apply
