Clinique seeks a skilled beauty advisor to deliver personalized in-store consultations and provide an inspirational, welcoming experience to customers across the retail floor. This freelance position requires demonstrated expertise in beauty products, visual merchandising execution, and customer engagement through promotional events and demonstrations. The role combines creative merchandising with technical product knowledge to drive customer education and loyalty in a dynamic retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations aligned with Clinique brand standards
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising displays and presentation standards across assigned retail areas
• Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement and sales
• Maintain active product knowledge of Clinique offerings, application techniques, and brand messaging
• Collaborate with store team members to ensure seamless floor operations and optimal customer experience during assigned shifts

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Physical capability to stand and walk for extended periods, reach, bend, and move merchandise up to 25 lbs

Skills

Experience

Previous retail or beauty industry experience is preferred; familiarity with retail sales environments and customer-facing service execution is valued.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 21.60 to USD 32.40 per hour.
