This freelance, on-call position combines creative and technical expertise to deliver personalized in-store consultations, execute visual merchandising standards, and support promotional events. The successful candidate will educate customers on product benefits and application techniques while maintaining high service standards in a dynamic retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality beauty consultations and product recommendations to in-store customers
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising displays and presentation standards across the retail floor
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement
- Maintain active product knowledge including features, benefits, and application techniques for Clinique offerings
- Collaborate with store team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during assigned shifts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Previous retail or beauty industry experience preferred
- Familiarity with retail sales environments and customer-facing service execution
