Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, consultative beauty services and product recommendations to in-store clientele
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising displays and presentation standards across the retail floor
- Support in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement and brand awareness
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and educate customers on brand offerings, features, and application techniques
- Collaborate with store team members to ensure seamless floor operations and optimal customer experience during assigned shifts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, reach, bend, and move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or beauty industry experience is preferred. Familiarity with retail sales environments and customer-facing service delivery is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional beauty industry certification or training is preferred but not required.
