Clinique seeks a Beauty Advisor to provide personalized customer service, meet sales and service objectives, create inspiring in-store experiences, and support high store standards through teamwork. This is a part-time regular position; work includes retail hours and weekends.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide welcoming, authentic and personalized service to customers while achieving sales and customer service objectives.
- Create a unique and inspiring in-store experience that introduces each customer to products and services suited to their interests and needs.
- Build collaborative working relationships with the team and help ensure the store meets the company's high standards.
Qualifications
- Valuable experience in a point-of-sale or customer service environment, preferably in cosmetics or fragrances.
- Ability to provide inspiring, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Availability to work retail hours, including weekends.
- Preferred experience handling cash registers or point-of-sale software, and experience with Microsoft Office.
