Clinique is seeking a part-time Beauty Advisor for its Preciados location in Madrid. The role provides personalised customer service, supports sales objectives and creates inspiring in-store experiences while working collaboratively with the team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming, authentic and personalised service to customers, achieving sales and customer-service objectives.
- Create a unique and inspiring in-store experience that helps customers discover products and services that inspire and delight them.
- Build collaborative working relationships with the team and help ensure the store meets the company’s high standards.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspiring, authentic and personalised customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Availability to work during store opening hours, including weekends.
- Experience in retail or customer service is valued, preferably in cosmetics or fragrances.
- Experience handling cash registers or point-of-sale software and Microsoft Office is preferred.
