Clinique seeks an engaging Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized, authentic skincare and cosmetics consultation to customers while achieving sales and service objectives. The ideal candidate will leverage their passion for the brand's dermatologically-led product portfolio to create inspiring retail experiences that educate and delight clients, whilst building collaborative relationships with team members to maintain the brand's elevated in-store standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide welcoming, personalized, and authentic customer service to drive sales and customer satisfaction objectives
- Educate customers on Clinique's skincare and cosmetics products to inspire purchasing decisions
- Build and maintain collaborative working relationships with store team members to ensure consistent brand standards
- Operate point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures accurately and securely
- Work flexible retail hours including weekends and commercial periods
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work commercial hours including weekends
- Preferred experience with point-of-sale systems and cash management
- Preferred proficiency with Microsoft Office
