Clinique is seeking a Beauty Advisor for a 9-hour part-time role at Boots Stratford City. The role delivers personalized customer experiences, supports in-store events and visual merchandising, and welcomes applicants with amateur makeup experience and demonstrated creative and technical expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers, using creative and technical makeup expertise.
- Contribute to in-store events as part of a high-performing team.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to help the store stand out from competitors.
Qualifications
- A makeup artistry qualification or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.

Experience
Previous retail makeup experience is preferred; amateur-level experience is also accepted when accompanied by a high level of creative and technical expertise.
