Clinique seeks a skilled Skincare Consultant to deliver personalized, inspirational in-store experiences at its Stratford City location. The successful candidate will combine creative and technical expertise with genuine passion for customer engagement, providing product education and beautification services while maintaining elevated visual merchandising standards. Role & Responsibilities

• Provide expert skincare consultations and personalized makeover services to customers, combining creative and technical artistry with authentic engagement
• Educate customers on product benefits and application techniques to drive informed purchasing decisions
• Execute in-store visual merchandising and participate in special promotional events to create compelling brand presence and competitive differentiation
• Operate retail point-of-sale systems accurately and maintain transaction integrity
• Demonstrate a commitment to customer service excellence and brand standards during peak retail hours, weekends, and special events

Qualifications

• Certification in makeup artistry or equivalent demonstrated expertise (amateur-level experience welcomed if supplemented by strong technical capability)
• Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service in a retail environment
• Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced setting
• Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
• Eligible to work in the United Kingdom with proof of right to reside and employment authorization

Skills

Experience

Retail makeup experience is desirable; however, applicants demonstrating high-level creative and technical expertise with amateur-level background experience are encouraged to apply. A background in customer-facing prestige beauty retail is advantageous.

Education

Certification in makeup artistry is preferred but not mandatory; relevant beauty or cosmetics education is valued.
