Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers
- Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement
- Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to effectively educate customers

Qualifications

- Ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States upon hire or interview
- Previous retail or beauty industry experience preferred
- Familiarity with retail sales environment and customer-facing service execution preferred
