Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality customer consultations and beauty advice tailored to individual client needs
- Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards throughout the retail floor
- Support and facilitate in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge including features, benefits, and application techniques across the Clinique portfolio
- Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth operations and optimal customer experience during assigned shifts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Previous retail or beauty industry experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with retail sales environments and customer-facing service execution (preferred)
