Clinique seeks a skilled Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized in-store experiences through expert makeup application and consultative guidance. Role & Responsibilities
- Apply makeup artistry techniques to create personalized looks and deliver consultative beauty guidance to customers
- Execute in-store beauty events and promotional activities to drive customer engagement and sales impact
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and counter presentation to ensure competitive brand positioning
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems accurately and process customer transactions
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service aligned with brand values
- Work collaboratively within a high-performing team to achieve store performance targets
Qualifications
- Demonstrated creative and technical expertise in makeup application (certification or retail experience preferred, but amateur-level experience with strong technical skills is considered)

- Availability to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Prior experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Right to live and work in the United Kingdom (proof required at interview stage)

Experience
Makeup artistry certification or previous retail beauty counter experience is desirable; however, individuals with amateur-level makeup expertise and a demonstrated passion for beauty and customer engagement are also encouraged to apply.
Education
Secondary education (GCSE or equivalent); makeup artistry qualification or training program certificate is preferred but not required.
