Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality beauty consultations and skincare advice to in-store customers
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising displays to ensure presentation standards align with Clinique's luxury positioning
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement and brand awareness
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across Clinique's skincare, makeup, and fragrance offerings, including application techniques
- Collaborate with store team members to ensure seamless floor operations and optimal customer experience during assigned shifts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service in a retail environment
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods, reach, bend, and move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or beauty industry experience is preferred; strong customer-facing service execution in a dynamic retail environment is essential.
Education
