This Beauty Advisor role offers the opportunity to combine creative makeup expertise with personalized customer service at the Clinique and Dr Jart counters within Sephora Metro Centre. The successful candidate will deliver inspirational in-store experiences, conduct makeup consultations, and collaborate on impactful brand events while maintaining superior visual merchandising standards. Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, inspirational in-store beauty consultations and makeup application services to educate and delight customers
- Combine creative and technical makeup expertise to provide authentic, engaging customer experiences
- Collaborate with the store team to execute impactful in-store events and brand activations
- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards across the Clinique and Dr Jart beauty counters to differentiate the brand
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and process customer transactions
- Work flexibly across retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
Qualifications
- Makeup artistry qualification or previous retail makeup experience preferred; amateur-level experience with demonstrated creative and technical expertise considered
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment
